What dehydration?it means nt enough water in the body
here are d consequence of dehydration1)lose of energy: when one is dehydrate one lose energy example*when u are to carry something u feel powerless
2)sluggish: when u are dehydrate u are sluggish towards everything even when walking to 2m it will take u hrs
3)lose of concetration: u lose concetration towards anything u are doing corrently at that particular time
4)lose of appetite: many people have withness this when they are dehydrate.u wont be able to eat anything even when you are feeling hungry
5)imagination: it happens to some people but not every one u imagine as aif your body is on fire
to cut everything short water is good for the body
endevour to drink water every 3hours+2Good advice
