Wait oo. I come dey remember my experience back at school. I was only have like 1 hand full of garri and if I eat it in the morning, I will have to go hungry in the evening.
Do you know what i did?
I mixed the garri with sugar and water, left it for like 5 minutes for it to rise. I added water to it again and started eating it. When I was halfway done, I left it again for like 3 minutes for it to rise. I added a third batch of water and this time around, the garri was as soft as porridge.
