“hey Chisom am out, go and take your own bath”
immediately she went to bath i folded my jean trouser and put it under my head to serve as pillow as i lay on the tile floor hoping to drift into sleep before she will come out
“why are you lieing on the floor? oh! My God do you want to catch cold?”
I wanted to pretend am already asleep but due to the concern in her tone, i couldn’t pretend so i raise my head
“please come to the bed, there’s enough space for both of us” she said suffing through her wardrobe for her nightie
“or are afraid i might rape you?” she asked giggling
“no not that, just em… Am shy” i said avoiding eye contact
