The school bell rang loudly to the hearing of every student. It signifies that classes are to commence immediately. Students could be seen hurrying to class while some were not bothered. Hannah and Lucy walked briskly to class in other to witness they evil plan against Vivian. They got inside the class, to see students who were settled, waiting for their teacher, while some where still settling. Hannah and Lucy located their seats which was at the back. They got there and sat beside each other, waiting for Vivian to fall victim for their trap.
"Is she gonna show up?" Lucy whispered to Hannah.
"Of course, what kinda idiot will miss the second day of school?" She asked
"Hannah. Remember you missed the second day of school last semester." Lucy said, expressionlessly.
"Forget about. That was different." Hannah said, looking away when her eyes caught John who was chatting and laughing with his friend, she smiled; admiring him. "If I don't get him, no one will." She said to herself, smiling but her expression changed she saw Vivian walked in with their Chemistry Teacher, Mr. Chadwick, who happened to be their form teacher, about 42years of age. Mr Chadwick wore a with plain long sleeve, a black trouser with black belt to match, coupled with a shinny shoe looking like a Jehovah's Witness. He held different textbooks and a marker pen. Mr. Chadwick was known to be a no-nonsense person, more strict than Mr. Harrison. He comes to class, and do whatever he came to do.

"Good morning, class." Mr. Chadwick greeted, walking to his seat.
"Good morning, Sir." The students retorted in unison
"Welcome back to school." He welcomed the students, with a smile which was gonna be the last smile they'd see that semester. "So, some of you already know me and my rules and some of you do not know me and are not familiar with my rules. Especially that girl still standing." He said, pointing at Vivian who was yet to settle on her seat.
"Come here." He said. Looking serious.
Vivian walk to him, trembling.
"What's your name?" Mr. Chadwick asked, fixing his gaze upon her.
"I'm Vivian. Vivian Andrew." Vivian replied.
"Oh, Vivian. I will spare you because you are a green horn. Now, go to your seat." He commanded and Vivian turned to leave, but he called her back.
"Wait. I will reshuffle everybody." He said, looking at every direction of the class. Students were surprised, while some were already expecting him to do so. The class began to murmur, creating a disorganized atmosphere.
"Silence!" He shouted. The whole student became mute as if being controlled be a TV remote.
"Anybody got a problem with that?" He asked, knowing no student would dare oppose. "I thought so."
"On your feet, class!" He commanded, and everybody stood up immediately. Mr. Chadwick began to reshuffle each student to a different seat and this wasn't taking much time. "Hannah!" He called. "You happen to be the last Person. No more backbenching for you from this semester henceforth. Come seat here." He commanded, pointing at Vivian's old seat. "But, Sir" Hannah said, trying to protest.
"But what? Come seat here. Spoilt brat." He insulted. Hannah walked wearily to he seat, she has suddenly lost her strength. She got there and stood, refusing to seat. "What are you waiting for, young lady?" Mr. Chadwick asked.
"But, Sir. There's glue on the seat." She complained. "There is a what?" Mr. Harrison asked, walking towards it. Hannah knew that if he finds out. It won't be good for her. She will be found guilty for trying to harm a fellow student, and she will be rusticated. They will figure out she did it because she earlier hesitated, and she didn't observe the seat properly before she knew there was glue. Of course, some glue are transparent. What would she do to get out of this situation? Her plans backfired.
