Bobby was a man of his words, he kept to his words, He didn't pressurize Uzoamaka for sex. He was so loving, caring and understanding. Each day he showered Uzoamaka with so much love and affection. He even left his classic car with Uzoamaka.
Uzoamaka had tried so hard to return Bobby's car key but he insisted that she keeps it.
"My woman should not been found jumping from one commercial bus to another commercial bike, please keep the car key, it's yours till I get a new car" Bobby had said.
"Bobby are you for real, I have run out of excuses, my parents and siblings keep asking me who owns the car" Uzoamaka uttered.
"Tell them who the car belongs to, infact I don't mind meeting them" Bobby responded
"Really?" Uzoamaka asked at once.
"Yes, I will do *anything to make you happy, please keep the car, you don't allow me to take care of you, uzor you are always stubborn, I love you, relax let me love you* , you are my Queen" Bobby added and Uzoamaka blushed.
It has been five months Uzoamaka *and Bobby had been together but still Barbara had not been able to overcome her bitterness* and envy towards Uzoamaka,
She felt worst each time she sees the car or Uzoamaka, and whenever *she sees Bobby and Uzoamaka together. She felt mixed feelings of* pain, envy, rage and bitterness.
"No this can't be! Uzoamaka snatched Bobby from me, why did Bobby choose a fat girl over me, no I won't allow this to continue, I must take my man back, enough is enough" she said.
Barbara started planning on how to separate Uzoamaka and Bobby. She was highly desperate and was ready to do anything to get Bobby in her life.
While Barbara was planning to destroy the beautiful relationship between Bobby and Uzoamaka, their love waxed stronger and Bobby was thinking about setting down with Uzoamaka. He had bought a beautiful gold engagement ring and he was waiting for the right time to pop the question.
Three months later, Bobby was ready to pop the Question, and he had planned on doing so on Uzoamaka's 26th birthday which was just few days away. He innocently contacted Barbara to help him put up a surprise party for Her best friend.
And Barbara didn't hesitate to accept the offer. Anything that will bring Bobby closer made her excited. Barbara felt defeated when Bobby told her about his plans to engage Uzoamaka on her birthday.
"Bobby supposed to be with me and not with Uzoamaka, I ought to be the one to get all these love and *care not that Fat girl, this is an insult, I have to look for ways to stop the engagement* from happening, I need to act fast" Barbara thought.
One day, Bobby invited Barbara over for lunch at the restaurant beside where he **worked.
The reason for the meet up was for Uzoamaka's birthday and** engagement party.
Bobby and Barbara had listed out all the necessary things for the party and he had even transferred the amount of money needed to put up the surprise party into Barbara's bank account plus extra for her troubles.
Bobby had thanked Barbara for coming and was about to take his leave, when She suddenly asked him to wait.
Bobby obeyed, "what is it? I hope I have not forgotten any important arrangement for the party" Bobby entered.
Barbara didn't respond instead she burst into tears and Bobby stared at her in confusion.
"What's the matter? Did I say or do something wrong? Please talk to me, people are staring" Bobby said at once but still Barbara was still crying.
Bobby didn't know exactly how to get words out of Barbara or at least stop her from shedding more tears, he managed to persuade her to go outside with him, where people won't stare at them or draw unnecessary attention towards them.
They were now outside, and tears was still falling from Barbara's eyes
It's quite unfortunate that Bobby was a good man and all he wanted was for Barbara to stop crying and tell him what the problem was.
"Bob, I love you, I love you so much and I can't afford to lose you to Uzoamaka, she doesn't love you like I do, Uzoamaka is a flirt, she is not a virgin, She have numerous Sugar daddies, I can't watch you get hurt because I love you, don't ever believe her lies, she is not a virgin, if you want to confirm what I'm saying, just tell her that you want to make love to her, she will bluntly refuse because she doesn't want to be caught, I'm telling all these because I love and want you" she shamelessly said. Bobby was extremely shocked.
"Are you sure you're ok, aren't you Uzoamaka's friend, how can you utter such words against your own friend, the first day, I met Uzoamaka and fell in love with her, you were with her, infact you were the one God used to bring us together" Bobby said, and looked into her eyes;
"No God didn't use me, Uzoamaka stole you from me, you came for me, not for her, but all of a sudden you are loving her, that's unfair, all I know is that I wouldn't hold back my feelings for you. Listen, there's nothing Uzoamaka can Offer you, She is fat and ugly, a liar and a flirt, all the guys in our office have had her" she bluntly said.
In everything Barbara said, the only thing that struck Bobby was when she mentioned that Uzoamaka was not a virgin. He kept wondering why Uzoamaka will lie to him. "Uzoamaka is not a virgin, why will she lie to me?" He curiously asked, "Now that you have asked, I have no choice than to answer. Uzoamaka had not dated any single young man, infact you are the first single guy she had dated, She loves old men, old married men, believe me when I say you would get your heart broken very soon, She is not a virgin and she is very wayward, all she wants is your money. I know she's my friend but that doesn't mean I shouldn't tell you the truth. Bobby I love you, forget about Uzoamaka, she is a bad news" she said.
Bobby who couldn't take it anymore, left angrily.
And Barbara wiped her crocodile tears and smiled.
"Even if he *doesn't want me, he won't be with Uzoamaka either" she thought as she* hailed herself for her excellent performance.
That day wasn't a good day for Bobby, he was in tears, he wept like a baby.
"How could Uzoamaka deceive me *like this, what is my offence, I love her so much, I knew she wasn't in love with me at first but I kept going* back *to* her" Bobby thought sadly.
